Daniel Sonic Review: Sonic Colours

Sonic Colours is a game for Nintendo DS and Wii. The game released in Japan on the 27th May 2010, followed by Australia on the 11th November 2010, Europe on the 12th November 2010 and USA on the 16th November 2010. The game is known as Sonic Colors in United States of America and Japan.

The game is where Sonic and Tails meet different coloured aliens. This game is 3-D for Wii and 2-D for Nintendo DS. The Wii version has been developed by Sonic Team, while the DS version has been developed by both, Sonic Team and Dimps. As according to Sonic Retro's “Slingerland” he nicknames the DS version as “Sonic Rush 3”. Both versions have same stages but different gameplays. The DS version is criminally short and doesn't have a lot of reasons to replay them. The DS version is not difficult. Enemies are boost/homing attack targets.  Random bottomless pits or instant kill obstacles are the only thing standing in your way. Sonic Colours on the DS makes it very boring, shorter and easier, like Sonic Rush Adventure. To me, I think the Wii sounds better, because I prefer 3-D Sonic games better than the 2-D ones. As according to Sonic Retro, they say that Sonic Team is platformer and they say it's good, but not great. To me I say it's great.
